Our focus lies in providing complete consultancy for Architectural, Interior Designing, Landscaping, Urban Design and Project Management. Through our unique integration of strategy, technology and creative implementation, we have successfully solved many complex set of business challenges while delivering significant value for our clients. Our founding principals are the twin Nichani Brothers- Ar. Nitin. B. Nichani and Mr. Dhiren. B. Nichani who established P.A.I.D in the year 2001. The firm believes that Design is Passion, Art and Love combined as creativity takes courage and truly believes in encouraging the youths for their future. We are a team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and allied professionals who work alongside each other from a building's inception through move-in to develop solutions uniquely suited to each client.

From Residential to Commercial to Retail we provide clients with conceptualized design as per requirement, which included space planning, design options and accessories selection to create the dream structure. Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive solution for our client’s architectural and constructional needs, a safe and stimulating workspace for our employees, and a legacy of creative contributions to a sustainable built environment. Do you give Guarantee and After sales service?

We give a guarantee of after sales service for a period of 1 year for turnkey projects only. However the gurantee does not hold good for mishandling and breakable items.

Apart from residential I visited a couple of commercial establishments also where the interiors were done by them. They are very methodical and prompt in their work. Punctuality, superior quality of work & precision in work and meeting deadlines constitute their USP. After understanding the client’s concept of what needs to be done they give their ideas, prepare multiple drawings with their inputs in strategic areas and hold several rounds of discussions with the client and once the client is convinced of the best of options given, the agreement is signed. They use state of the art technology in implementing the work. Also, they suggest the best available quality of material to be used with cost & color options, and only after taking client’s consent will they use the material selected. They give a time bound payment v/s work schedule and adhere to the schedule with 100% accuracy & promptness. The final outcome will be the exact replica of the pictures shown to the client. Work is done on a turnkey basis and is completed exactly as per the deadline they set for themselves. I have found their work of a very superior quality.
